This alert should be sent to every property management organization in
America, as well as to building maintenance managers, including shopping
malls and other buildings with massive air handling systems, so feel
free to forward it. The things that should be done to make yourselves
secure:
1. Be certain that ALL building maintenance personnel (with access to
water and air handling systems) are accounted for and have received
ADDITIONAL TOP SECURITY background checks.
2. Be certain that ALL air handling equipment (enclosed in rooms and
rooftop) are LOCKED and that all the keys are controlled by people with
proper clearances.
3. Be certain that ALL water supply systems are similarly controlled.
This bulletin is intended to alert and not panic anyone. If we conduct
due diligence, we can protect ourselves (and perhaps collect some bad
guys along the way).
