Media City Ballet is dedicated to providing Burbank and the surrounding communities with quality live ballet productions. We use the inspired and creative talents of the local community as well as professionals from around the world.
The Media City Ballet outreach program is active in the schools to enrich our young people and instill in them an appreciation for the arts. Our associated school of ballet provides training for aspiring dancers in all areas of dance.
The Media Dance Centre and home of Media City Ballet Company carries the traditions of Classical Russian Ballet for three generations. Rooted in a 75-year legacy of Ballet Russe de Monte Carlo and Pacific Ballet Theatre, Media Dance Centre offers a variety of dance styles with world-renowned teachers. Currently, under the direction of Askar and Natasha Middleton-Kettebekov, it provides training and instruction for dancers of all ages and levels in Classical Ballet along with Character Dance, Modern, Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop and Latin Dancing.
The Media Dance Centre is located at 237 E. Palm Avenue in the heart of Burbank near the Town Center Mall. This convenient and safe location offers a wide choice of eating establishments and free parking facilities.
