We are now accepting nominations for the 2010 City of Burbank Older Americans Volunteer Service Awards. Nominate an older adult volunteer who has made a significant contribution to your organization. Recipients will be honored in May, “Older Americans Month.” Nominees must be 60 or over, Burbank residents, have volunteered a significant amount of time since May 2009, and have not received this award in the past. The Nomination form and supplemental information is linked below. Please help us acknowledge the efforts and devotion of these special individuals. The deadline for submissions is by March 5, 2010.
