LARGE PRINT DONATION

(L-R) Burbank Noon Lions Club President Mimi Panarisi and Burbank Library Administrator Helen Wang show off Large Print editions of the New York Times which were a donation from the Lions Club. The Large Print newspapers are available at the Central and Buena Vista Libraries. Located with the periodicals, a standing plaque makes note of the Burbank Noon Lions Club donation. Lions Clubs all over the world are involved with the prevention of blindness and support for the visually impaired. The Large Print New York Times and several large print novels have been donated to the Burbank Library system to provide this assistance locally. (Photo by: Marva Murphy)
