We connect people to events sponsored by
educational, municipal, non-for-profit, churches, businesses, groups and other community
organizations in Burbank & nearby areas through our email newsletter and

and programs that community organizations sponsor, host and/or present for
benefit of the community. Our newsletter and website also contain important news and announcements about community organizations.
Requirements for publication
Community Events
We request a minimum of two week's notice before the event.
If you are able to provide more notice, you will usually receive more exposure; if you wait until the last minute, you could miss a cut-off and not receive any exposure.
Regardless of your time circumstances, you should always submit your event.
We will always do our best to get your ad into Burbank Wire.
Your email requesting service should contain the following information
regarding your event in text format: who, what, when, where, tickets &
RSVP, and other important information regarding your event; you may attach
photos or logo's for our consideration. If you have a PDF file we
will consider including it as a download, but the information to be
published in our newsletter must also be submitted as text format in you email.
News and Announcements
News and announcements should be submitted in standard press release format
and, preferably, focus on the needs of, impact on or benefit to our
community.
General Requirements
Notices of events and press releases must be submitted via email from the
responsible party within the community organization.
